Jeremy did an incredible job selling the house in Killeen. He coordinated removal of contents, a deep cleaning, yard maintenance, and a roof replacement to get the house sold for a fair price. He was in constant communication not only with me but with the buyers and their agent. He does his homework on comps. I feel very fortunate to have used Kritt Real Estate. Jeremy was a lifesaver! As someone who is neither a native nor a resident of Texas, I had no idea where to begin when faced with the task of selling an estate/probate property. Before meeting Jeremy, I interviewed several other realtors. But once Jeremy walked into the room, I immediately knew I could trust him. His demeanor radiated honesty, compassion, and professionalism. He sat down with me and patiently explained the ins and outs of selling an estate property. He walked me through the advantages and disadvantages of different pricing strategies and helped me understand the importance of getting the listing price right. Soon after, the property was listed, and we received an offer for the full listing price on the very first day! We closed approximately 45 days later. Jeremy guided me through the entire process from beginning to end. Whenever an issue arose, we discussed it, addressed it, and took care of it immediately. He truly left no stone unturned. Jeremy even introduced me to an agency that worked with me and my family to clear the contents from the home and prepare it for sale. They were phenomenal as well, and I am grateful for that recommendation. If I ever had to go through this process again, I would absolutely call on Jeremy. My experience with Jeremy Kritt and his expertise got off to a bit of a rough start. After our first meeting, I was unsure that he could deliver all that was expected of the sale process. I took my time and interviewed/questioned other potential firms that could help me sell my real estate. Some were flippers who offered zero closing costs and easy terms, but in the end they wanted to purchase the property at a major discount. So I went back to Mr. Kritt and said let's give it a try. The home sale process exceeded my expectations. There were a large number of showings and multiple offers. Mr. Kritt managed the offers and negotiated a contract that was favorable for my family. Mr. Kritt knows his stuff and was very supportive throughout the process. I recommend that anyone who has probate real estate (or otherwise wants to sell real estate) strongly consider enlisting Mr. Kritt's services.

Trust is not given lightly anymore!! I’m 70 years old. My husband passed away last year. My house was about to be foreclosed. I need to sell it in a hurry. I didn’t want it to be in foreclosure and be sued too. I live with my daughter and her family. Jeremy sent a letter to my daughter‘s house. The letter stated that he could help me get money for my house instead of the bank getting it. So we called Jeremy and met via Zoom. Jeremy was very honest, and professional. Through the entire process. Jeremy called, text, emailed me everything each step of the way. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Jeremy is exceptional at what he does!. Jeremy said, there are no stupid questions. I want to help you and make sure you understand.!! Anytime day or night, I’m here for you! I want you to get money back from your house. Jeremy took care of me like family. I felt like I could trust again. Trust is not given lightly anymore!! Jeremy found a buyer within one day of talking with him. The buyer tried to change the price lower. Jeremy without hesitation, declined and stood firm. He told them no. We have a contract that you accepted the way it was. So the buyer sold the contract to another buyer. I couldn’t believe it. We were under contract two days later. Jeremy kept in contact with me even while waiting for the contract to close. Which was a week later.. On the day we closed Jeremy was with me the whole way. Helping me walk me through the closing. My closing went so smooth and easy I was so excited, it was over!! Besides selling my house. I got a little more than we guesstimated!! 😍 Sincerely Jeremy. Thank you, thank you for being the greatest person I have met in a very, very long time. Jeremy (Kritt Real Estate) goes above and beyond any other realtor we have ever had to work with. Diligent from beginning to end. When my parents passed away dealing with probate courts was one thing, but then cam estate settlement. Jeremy put us in contact with so many agencies to aid in estate sales and house preparation for sale. His market analysis and sales approach netted us well over asking price. We came to Kritt Real Estate because we recently had death in the family with a house with a mortgage. The house was in Helotes we are in Buda. We met once and had one Zoom call but he got the job done. He did suggest a couple of things that we didn’t go with but that’s only because he had our best interested in mind. The house sold at the price he suggested and within short time frame. Overall, it was a great experience.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Jeremy helped me with an unusual situation. My house was nearing forclosure and we were waiting on a payoff to close. The mortgage company kept giving me the runaround and Jeremy, bless him, was on the phone with me for hours on a conference call with them multiple times. Jeremy in my opinion went above and beyond to help me sell my house. With all that he did, if you or someone you know is dealing with a prorated property or you are someone's estate trustee I recommend using Jeremy Kritt. You will not regret one minute of it. He will stand by your side and be your super hero in the background to make sure it is completed.

Dealing with a distressed probate property while handling my brother's estate was an incredibly overwhelming process, especially since the mortgage was delinquent and the lender had started the pre-foreclosure process. Jeremy’s expertise was the absolute key to a successful sale. Jeremy was a real life saver. I had no idea where to go or who to trust when I saw Jeremy was a fiduciary on his website. I trusted he would honor his legal fiduciary obligation and I am so happy I did. Jeremy was awesome. We were in contact for almost a year(?) before signing an agreement because of a tenant's lease situation caused by a terrible rental property manager. He helped with communication with the property manager (which was a nightmare) and really took control of the chaos as soon as we signed an agreement. I can't overstress how beneficial his understanding of the real estate market was. During our sales period San Antonio made the news as the number 2 city in the US for stale listings. We sold our property in about a month start to finish. It was incredible and I can't be more thankful. Jeremy was in daily communication with me, be it phone calls, video, or texts, even when there was no news – just to let me know we were still on schedule. Who does that? I was so appreciative. More than five stars if it was allowed! Lock into an agreement with Kritt Real Estate if you get the chance. I'm trying to get him to help me with another property several counties away. Please Jeremy – I know I'm not going to find anyone better or as good

After my brother passed away and we were going through probate, we received several letters from folks interested in buying his house. Most of the letters followed with persistent phone calls. Not Jeremy Kritt. He sent the initial letter stating that he was here to help if needed and referred us to his website. After reviewing the website, we decided to reach out through that website. It was no time until we heard from Jeremy by phone asking if we would like to meet via Zoom so he could introduce himself. We accepted the zoom meeting and not only did Jeremy introduce himself but he spent over and hour going through the process and discussing various selling strategies for us to entertain…….The rest is history. The home went on the market 10/17/25 and after 25+ showings in less than 4 days, we had a cash offer on 10/21/25 and closed on 10/30/2025. My husband and I were hands down totally satisfied with how Jeremy handled the process and would highly recommend him to anyone needing this kind of help.This was the 1st time we have every had to go through probate and was overwhelmed with it. Jeremy made this portion of the process stress free….. few key notes on why below. a.) great personality ,felt he was really down to earth and really cared about helping b.) thoroughly explained the process and covered different selling strategies he could offer c.) was in constant contact not only during the process but followed up after to make sure we were ok with everything and offered his help in the future if we needed anything. We hope this helps someone that is in a similar situation and looking for assistance. During this review, if you noticed I kept referring to Jeremy not Kritt Real Estate….it is because we truly feel we have gained a friend….we are a long way from Texas (in Florida) and most all of this was handled remotely. After my mother passed away, and I was named executor of her estate, I had the daunting task of selling her home of 55 years. Having an agent who was responsive was extremely important to me. I got Jeremy's letter in the mail which intrigued me. I felt like he was a real person who had a lot of knowledge about Probate and selling a home. After our first meeting, I was impressed with his high energy, knowledge, and passion for helping person's in my position sell their parent's home. His initial presentation of his plan and the pricing and selling. further demonstrated his experience and knowledge of real estate and the current market. During the selling process, Jeremy was indeed responsive and communicative. I never had to guess what was going on behind the scenes or what would happen next. It was a relief to know he had things under control. I would ask him, "Is this something I need to do?" and he responded "no I got this, I just wanted you to know." We received an offer in the first 8 days. During the negotiations with a prospective buyer, Jeremy's knowledge of the market, along with his savvy recommendations, gave me confidence that we were giving an acceptable counter offer. Including negotiations & inspections and waiting for Closing, the whole process took 39 days, Listing to Closing. Any time I had a question, he was quick to respond and follow up.
